Hi, V8ler!
Need your advice again!
In my V8 smoke came out from the front between fender and bonnet. So off to the car. Master. Diagnosis:
Main brake cylinder defective, therefore brake fixed. Parts installed (used): brake discs, main brake cylinder
and brake pads. Now he's slowing down again, he got TÜV, but it's still smoking and stinking. Maybe one of you knows what that can be and how to turn it off.

Bist Du sicher, das es Bremsflüssigkeit ist,oder riecht es stark nach verbranntem ÖL????
Dann würde ich auf ein undichtes Lenkgetriebe tippen,welches sein Öl auf die Hosenrohre/X-Rohre verteilt.
Überprüfe mal Deinen Hydraulikölstand.
Undichte Lenkgetriebe sind eine Krankheit bei allen Audi Typ 44/D11 (100/200/V8).

Yep Recht hat er ...mein Reden
Könnte aber genau so die Servopumpe selbst sein! Den bei meinem "alten V8 '89" ist das momentan der Fall!
