Audi A8 3.7 V8 year 2001

Hello! I'm new here and I'd like to ask you a few questions. I got the above audi before 2 weeks ago! first problem I had was water inside when turning! runs cleaned (once left in the wheel run and those that come out over the gear! I guess that was 1liter water out there) do I have to clean some? now I noticed the front left down the bumper is always wet!(is not a coolant) what can that be? when I set up the car and austeige it hisses so with the windscreen wipers the direction for about 20 seconds! Is that normal? Is this the air conditioning?is this also the air conditioning that makes me wet the bumper? can you put these out? many questions, but also my first audi would be nice if someone could help me! thank you kai
