Footroom lighting

Dear community... comrades and comrades;

Here's what I want in my V8 to have a discreet red footroom lighting....speak when the door opens white; when I turn on the light red like the rest. I already looked at Conrad but somehow didn't find it.
I was thinking of some light with "case" which simply sits by a bore in the airway next to the normal footroom lighting and somewhere (switch line) the current gets when it is light on.

Has anyone done this yet ???? With which part??? How much watts??
