Changing sunroof seal

Hi bin New in the forum, since October have been waiting for a V8, almost before the scrap and almost daily, as far as the work allows, screwing, building, plugging etc. you know that, at Audi is help only to get limited but the forum is really the bomb, from the beginning I got tips from the already more experienced people here, always helped me a lot, nu to my question, sunroof seal just plugged or somehow glued?
