Exchange pears in 6N

Hello, everybody.

I've got a Polo 6N as a "car" at the moment... The following:

The rotary controls of the ventilation, three of the numbers are all illuminated, aren't they? It only lights up the middle controller and the scale for temperature ...

==References== Scales (even?) illuminated?

I've been looking at this before, but I'm too stupid to be able to disassemble something to get to the pears ...
