Hello to the A8/S8 electric experts and all A8 drivers with mobile phone(preparation),
I have installed a telematics system in my D2 and would like to convert to mobile phone preparation. (So you can use your normal phone in the car) I bought the antenna cable from Audi as a spare part and built the wire harness myself.
But now the problem: The antenna cable is too short! Maybe I misplaced it, too. The antenna cable should be the right one, there is an overview of the components from Audi. (see Appendix) Does anyone know how to move the antenna cable from the telephone interface under the Mttel console to the compensator in the trunk on the left?
Can you please send me a photo showing the cables from the compense in the trunk on the left? The Compenser is the small silver box, which is attached to the left of the CD changer. The compensator should be used for all A8 from MJ 1998 onwards (from approx. ==References====External links== Handypreparation be available.
Das habe ich unter dem Teppich Mitteltunnel, dann unter der Rückbank nach links, dann durch Öffnungen verlegt, wenn es so nicht passt, ist das Kabel zu kurz.
danke für die schnelle Antwort. Ich habe noch zwei Detailfragen:
Wie kommt das Kabel bei Dir in den Kofferaum? Links, oben an der Trennwand zum Kofferraum, fast auf Höhe mit den Scheiben? (dort gehen alle anderen Kabel nach hinten) Oder irgendwo unten und dann im Kofferraum unter dem Teppichboden entlang? Fotos, wenn im Kofferraum was sichtbar zu machen geht, wären traumhaft.
Auf dem Mitteltunnel? Sieht man dann einen Huckel auf dem Teppich? Im Schaumstoff auf der Teppichrückseite ist keine Aussparung für ein Kabel. Die Kabel zum festeingebauten Telematik-Telefon gehen nicht von der Rückbank über den Mitteltunnel.
Bei mir sieht man keinen Buckel, Fotos habe ich keine gemacht.
Rechts und links, wenn Du von innen mitte schaust auf 8 und 16 Uhr sind Ausparungen, welche mit Formteilen verschlossen sind, da legt man die kabel durch.
