Hello, everybody.
my S6 4.2 has cold start problems – especially now that temperatures are falling, it starts to start worse and worse in the cold.
The bad start in the cold state is expressed as follows:
==References== 5-10 sec. Then he's slowing up or not. With the organ, it always seems as if it is sporadic on one cylinder or another.
==References== He usually starts at the start. It should actually start with a slight speed increase quite full - but it only does not do with warm-starts, however, when cold start. In the first few minutes after the cold start, he only takes very bad gas and sometimes goes out again.
==References== 30 degrees outside temperature it also starts badly at cold start. The curious thing is that when the tank gets empty, the engine starts to start worse and worse – you fill up again – it starts much better again.
For me, this feels like not enough fuel is coming into the cylinders when starting – possibly. The gasoline pressure decreases over a few hours at the stand. ==References== a kind of non-return valve in the petrol circuit that could be defective and the petrol runs back into the tank? I can't find anything in the ACTE.
Target the fuel pump. The error memory is empty!
So far I have exchanged the following parts:
- LLRV replaced several times + cleaned – no change
- LMM exchanged – no change
- Temperature sensor G62 exchanged – no improvement. Have also measured the values and also those of the intake air temperature generator but the corresponding specifications from the RLF
- Fuel filter replaced – no change
- Distributors and caps before approx. Renewed 20tkm
- spark plugs NGK BUR6EFSZ
- Compression on all cylinders at approx. 13bar
- ZR before approx. 25tkm changed at Carsten in the forge – should therefore fit everything
Maybe. someone already had a similar problem or other tips?
Is there an experienced screwdriver in the NRW/Düsseldorf region that can solve the problem?
Thank you very much
Welcome
Jörg
