yesterday we (Alex and I) talked with the TÜV about the topic "spotlights" extensively and I really got smarter.
The trigger was actually that we built a yellow lamp as a side standlight (Annex) as a side marker.
Now the newer BMWs drive around with these "lid shadow marking lights" and I took them as an example to clarify my concern to the examiner.
Well, we were then thoroughly informed about the letters placed in the headlight glasses.
We found this very interesting and if our yellow lamp wants to be well-pleased with TÜV-blessing, there should be a "SM" in the side part or somewhere else on the glass or housing!Then it should be yellow, otherwise it should be : What to see from the front, must be white!
For passing beam and driving beam there is also short, which can be found at the headlight glass at the bottom corner to the cooler !
