my brother owns an Audi V8 3.6,,, Bj. 1989, the car went out during the drive, and does not start any more, so much I know it has no spark, the two ignition modules get 12V, only I don't know if it can be due to the reverberator, speed encoder, or OT encoder. how can I test the said parts??? In addition, the vehicle gets sprite without end, (forward line clamped off and held in the measuring cup, while my brother was at the start! "All right."...
The fuses and relays are all OK! and all cables that have to do with the ignition system are also OK! No closing of mass or any damage shall be detected... also checked for passage, also the control unit...
Good for the error reading we have no possibility to move the vehicle e.g.: according to VAG.
We've already had enough to push the box home where the had stopped, and towing is not in, because the tow is gone, the car is in the garage, and good, sometimes another question, can you read out the error memory with flasher code output e.g.: with an LED current tester ??? I read some time ago that some Audi models should do it, so my question is whether it works with the 3.6l V8...
for your answers thank you in advance...
Greetings to Krisztian...
