Tilt the mirror when inserting the reverse ga

Hey, guys.

my green V8 has the factory side feature of tilting the passenger mirror when inserting the reverse gear.

So when you press the button to adjust the passenger mirror in the control element of the electric exterior mirror, the mirror plate tilts down independently to allow a look at the curb edge.

If you take out the backlash, the mirror returns to its original position.

Now my question. I would like to upgrade this feature in my Audi 200 (who would have thought it was).

At the Nackheim meeting, someone had told me (who forgot) that the control unit responsible for this was located in the driver's seat (electric seat adjustment). And that you need other exterior mirrors.

Has anyone ever done this before? How would that be possible? Do you have to take original parts?

(If they are compatible at all. The V8 is an automatic of the 200s a switch......)

On the other hand, I think that it might not be so difficult to build a corresponding technique after a visit to "Konrad elektronic" (name intentionally changed).

I would be very grateful for ideas and, of course, will inform you about the outcome.

Kai,

Schalter, Signal an STG, STG Signal an Spiegel.

OHNE Memeory, Schalter direkt an Spiegel.
