A8 D3 Kat lamp goes on - error

after I had the timing belt changed with WAPU and thermostat, my mechanic made me aware that he was running round.

I also noticed 1-2 times in 2 months before that he ran in the stand once unround.

According to the workshop tester, the gas pump is broken.

Today I drove 10km of highway after that still a bit city and exactly in the driveway he started to run round at once and the exhaust lamp so this yellow part went on.

After that, I called and the mechanic said I should fill up and erase the mistakes.

After erasing the mistake, he ran nice again and I went refueling.
