Combustion instrument old-new - suitable ???

after my instrument cluster its blinker activity (does not go) continues to go direction-does not shift a short question:

I usually need the 441 919 033 BC (or 441 919 880 JX) - can I replace it with a functioning KI 441 919 033 AR (is the older one) or does it not fit ?
