I just wanted to clean my idle control, because the idle is partly restless and when it is warm sometimes does not stay on. So the three screws are loosed and then I didn't get the part down because of the pins (where the screws were on them), he always hits the edge of the fan...
How do I get him down? What else do I have to dismantle?
I used to fill in brake cleaners in the low position, but it's worse now. At first the speed was at 1200 to 1500 and fluctuating...now I did it again and the car is not on (it is still warm).
Can you give me a hint... what to do now? Expand the part completely (just how?) and soak it properly? What about creep oil? Did my old Omega work very well?

Hast Du den Stecker abgeklemmt am Ventil? Drahtsicherung am Stecker rausziehen und dann den Stecker abnehmen.
Ansonsten sollte genügend Platz nach vorn sein.
Das Ventil nach Behandlung wieder trockenlegen.

Ja, der Stecker war ab...aber trotzdem stosse ich damit an den Rahmen des Lüfters(vorne links) es fehlen ca. 5 mm damit ich den Regler von den Schrauben herunterziehen kann
Vieleicht hatte deiner schon mal einen Unfall und ist vorne verbogen!

mach einfach den Rahmen vom Lüfter los! die beiden schrauben oben raus, dann kannst Du den Rahmen ein Stück nach oben ziehen und hakst ihn somit unten aus.

Ja, hab den Rahmen losgeschraubt und dann ging es...ist alles einfacher als befürchtet gewesen...

Alles bestens. Regelt wieder wie bei einem Neuwagen. Vorher lief er teilweise unruhig im Stand.
