I would like to tell you something strange that I noticed driving on the topic D11.
On today's day there was a long time around inner hall
to make at the drive V8. Well the engine started, V8 moved out of the parking space and everything was still great.
Engine switched off, diagnosis connected for reading out ( S6 Plus motor ). Well, error memory read out and see there. Air mass meter signal too small, it was already astonished.
Two weeks ago, everything was Takko at the conversion?
Think big, okay, so open the hood and look.
I pull it and it just makes "ratch" and I have the entire engine compartment unlock in my hand. Everything, really everything was gone. Carriers, parts of the train and the foot space cover together with the 2 screws to attach....!
Well what now? Sure, try to get the hood open. Sounds simple but becomes a big problem.
After about 1 hour I then had my miserable fitted hood on and bumper and wiper tank out and already was space. Besides about 20 scars and incisions as well as the loss of about 0.01 square meters of skin on hands and arms, the LMM was finally in sight. Just where there is nothing special to recognize.
All right, so Ignition back on and start the engine.
Sudden cylinder death was noticeable, a smooth running as at old 1 cylinder Lanz times.
Fault memory was of course exceeded to overflowing full with burn setting and control limit,
Lambda probe and more.
That was the year's regression. From standing broken!
Is there something like that? The tank indicator was still in front of the red area and thus still sufficiently sufficient for son biterl idle nozzles. There was nothing left to give up. Stutter and out.
After a few minutes and trying, I gave it up and went to replace the smashed hood train. This went so quickly and without causing me any further complications. Now that everything was open in the driver's footroom anyway, I wanted to set the storage compartment right because of this often mentioned really bad and crooked transition from the amature board side panel to the amature board.
Well, so far as everything is adapted and fixed, although the transition still does not look better, mont the Uri 20V steering wheel which previously sat perfectly without grinding noise or heavy grip on the steering stick panel and think only so try it again with the engine.
And look to my surprise, it runs and on all 8 without stutters and the error memory is despite deleting not again occupied. Even the LMM error did not show up.
But now the steering wheel could only be moved with Schwarzenegger power despite Servotronic and the tank indicator suddenly showed almost empty and hardly I saw that was already the engine stuttering like a big one.
Okay, that made me feel too much for this moment. So go get some gas and shut it down.
Well, the end of the Schraubertag is now a tank display that is as useful to me as the tidal prediction and the fact that a V8 has a life of its own somewhere. Even if you don't believe it.
