Hi, guys.
in my 4.2 EZ 11/97 I have about 15,000 km the front brake discs (by Zimmermann) and the brake pads changed (by VAG). Now I have found that the inside pages at a distance of approx. 1 cm from the edge on a width of again approx. 1 cm and at the upper and lower edge of the "slip track" each have a deep groove. Since I had cleaned everything when changing with press air and brake cleaner and had also made sure that the brake pads were on the discs and in the shots of the caliper, I can not imagine what I did wrong.
Before I start the big disassembly again this weekend, I wanted to ask if any of you have any idea what I might have done wrong in egg building, or. what else you could take care of during installation.
Yours sincerely
Andi
