Hi all!
What size of tires would you recommend for me for a '92 V8 4.2 on Boleros? Will 225/45R7 be enough, or should I consider 245/40R17 (I think this was the stock size)? (Maybe this has been already discussed here, but unfortunately I don't speak German.)

stock tire size with the Boleros was either 245/45 (on EVO models) or 245/40 when you opted for the wheels on regular models. I`d go for one of those sizes. No hassle with paperwork and authorities, looks good and no clearance issues.
The wheels are 8" wide, and you could put anything from 225s to 255s on them safely. Depending on where you live, you'll need to check with your local licensing authorities about what will be acceptable, though....

It's not an EVO model, so the stock size was 245/40 then. If I go for that, there will be no issues with authorities. (Anyway in Hungary we don't have too strict rules regarding tire sizes.)
