Probs with Audi Bose Radio

Hello!
First of all, everything works perfectly from the sound.
Problem 1: Radio display in AI disappears after a short time, and the whole ride doesn't work anymore.
The next time she leaves, she goes out after a short time. Radio removed, plug connections tested (everything okay), radio back in again, then everything is back from the front 1-2 days. I noticed that when you pull out the radio piece and then push it back in, which has the same effect.

Problem 2: Yesterday radio out, plug off, again all bindings in these plugs checked, plug back in, radio back in -> everything great. Hour later, light from the radio very weak, no transmitter display in the AI; radio off->Sender remains in the radio display despite the radio turned off(?????)
I've already had the Bel during the ride. the radio became darker and the station display in the AI was frozen -> button pressed on the Rdio but the previous transmitter is in the AI. Radio turned off, then again on-> no display in AI.

Is the radio still getting mass on the outside? When I wanted to unlock the radio at the top left, the display lighting was bright again and the display in the AI functioned again.
In addition, this radio, although the reception is good, is STANDING to launch the station search.
I'm on the hose and I don't know what to do. Would be grateful for any idea.
