I have to go to the sink again today for wave-like acceleration. Therefore, I describe causes and measures in short form.
- Cause:
-Cold engine...cars accelerate evenly at "half-gas".
-warm engine...car accelerates at "half-gas" (already after 2-3 minutes after cold start)
- - measures:
- Read out the error memory. (lamda probe)
- Lambda probe replaced (new VAG)
- Lambda probe measured (works perfectly, no mass problem
- ALL probes and sensors replaced (speed encoders, OT-gybers, water etc.) Oil temperature encoder, oil pressure encoder, tap sensors, distribution caps (all new VAG)
- Intake bridge disassembled and resealed
- Resealed single-point nozzles
- throttle valve cleaned
- throttle flap poti replaced (new VAG)
- candles replaced according to Etos (Bosch new VAG)
- LLR changed (used)
- LMM changed (used)
- Timing belts and everything that is included replaces (new)
As the last measure (error memory) I replaced both tap sensors. The engine runs quite quietly and evenly in the stand. If I now step through the accelerator pedal in a jerky way, the rev indicator speeds up to 4000 rpm without jerking or effort. I can do that several times behind each other... he turns clean up. It's different when I put in an elective level (course)... at half-gas, he doesn't unfold his performance, but tortures himself noticeably.
What else can I do to get the fat guy "normal"? I don't think the problem is either on or around the engine. can this be an electronic problem? (motor control unit) Or can it have to do with the petrol supply? (gasoline pressure problem)

I am really at the end and have no fun with the car anymore, although I have already done so much (also visually!!) PLEASE HELFT ME !!!!!!

Greetings Dieter
