Important questions about oil pump spare parts + oil

Hello.

After 7 months I finally managed to disassemble the oil pan(s) and the crushed oil cooler at a tree stump.
All right.
BUT:

When I looked closely, I noticed that the sieve in the intake snorkel was pretty messed up with all the black crumbs.
Of course, I wanted to remove these crumbs, wherever they had come from, otherwise there would be no longer enough oil to suck in.
The part in which the sieve is and which is secured with a holding clamp is naturally broken. So the black part at the beginning.

I can't buy a new oil pump!!

But my EDEKA can't do anything with this part number. Not for part number input or for comparison of parts.

I found something similar in the six cyllenders when I was digging around.

Now my questions:

1. Can I use the 6cylinder parts if the VW storage man can't get the original?

2. Is the sieve automatically integrated in the intake trunk and therefore has no separate part number?

3. Of course, I'll make a complete oil change with filter.
How much oil does a 4.2L V8 ABH BJ.91 get into?

4. And: Which oil comes in there in the original? 10W-40?
