In my opinion there is no difference between these types of lights... The only one is the plate shape...
The US lights fit with no complications to EU cars. So there cannot be any difference in mounting, and lightning between US and CH and J... (beside the sape of lights of course)...

I think so... I have both: EU and US (which is the same as CH), and there is no problem with swaping them, and also no problem with foglights...
