I looked at the search term "Starhilfe", but I did not get my question answered !
I wanted to give a Kollgen starter last week and I thought that in my 97 D2 just like in under 96 C4 Avant there would be a starter in the engine compartment.
==References== Looking for 5 minutes it was quite embarrassing to have to take the manual to help.
However, it became even more embarrassing after I found no information in the BA about a starting aid connection for my vehicle.
The start-up aid connector, which according to BA can be found in the trunk on the right under a plastic cover, exists only for models with pre-heating.....and clear ! I don't have any!
Two days later I tried my luck at a VAG/AUDI base and to keep it short, The "MEISTER"
first looked under the moto hood to read the BA and finally with the sentence: "Well then I don't know either, sorry!" to say goodbye to me !
But that didn't surprise me any more, because I'm not really convinced of the friendly ones anyway.
Fortunately, there is this forum and competence is not a foreign word here !
Therefore I am good things and look forward to an answer !
