The following problem: My 4.2er is now in my possession for two years and I now have all problems in the memory, except one.
Again and again: Lambda probe sporadically no signal!!!
Lambda is new, grounding tape with 6qmm ground cable is on the exhaust. The Lambda cable/motor cable connection looks top and snaps in super. Now maine question: Next Saturday my transmission revision starts. Shall I put a new cable for the Lambda in the interior??? Has anyone ever had this broken??? Or is it rather the ECU???

aller Wahrscheinlichkeit nach liegt dein Problem an der Masse.
Das gleiche Problem hatte ich über 4 Jahre, bis Thomas die Sache in Abgriff genommen hat.
Habe ständig neue Lambdasonden verbaut.
Die Lösung hat Frank Ziem.
Lambdasonde mit eingebautem Massekabel, also mit 4 Kabelstrippen.
Und dein Problem ist gelöst.
Extra Kabel einziehen kannst du vergessen. Es ist ein abgeschirmtes Kabel mit ganz geringen Querschnitt.

ja aber ne extra Masseleitung hab ich doch schon an den Auspuff mit Erdungsbandschelle gelegt??? Reicht das nicht aus???

nein, direkt an die Sonde gibt erst 100% 
Na gut,
dann werde ich den Frank mal kontaktieren. Ich werd berichten, ob es dann weg ist.

Hallo,hatte über Jahre das gleiche Problem mit den Lambdasonden.Habe jetzt eine 4 Polige Universal Lambdasonde von Bosch eingebaut und seither funktioniert die Lambdaregelung tadellos.Mit dem 4.Kabel (Masse) gehst Du einfach an einen Massepunkt im Motorraum. Gruß,Gerd
