Very strong corrosion at 3 years old 40V V8

Good evening, everybody.

despite several years with my S6 4.2 I am new in this forum
I have an eighth-specific question that has never been asked before...
Recently I am proud owner of a 335 hp 40V V8 (BGH). The engine (and the car drumrum) is about . ==References====External links== One and a half years more or less unmoved at a dealer. ==References== 33tkm.
The problem is that the engine is totally corroded (probably from road salt)... That's what you have to imagine:
The suction bridge is silver lacquered. In some places, the coating has already been replaced and the magnesium is eaten.
Then there are the small plastic covers at the front and at the rear (back is Audi on top and front is V8). All surfaces are covered with a thick crust (alu/magnesium) or a thick crust. totally rusted (steel parts). The nuts with which the vacuum cans for camshaft adjustment are attached to the block are hardly recognizable as such.
The screws for the head covers are quite eaten up, one is even completely flattened rusted. Practically all screws on top of the engine "flower" somehow.
The pulleys for the transmission belt have proper rust scars on the surfaces...
Overall, the engine looks like 5 years of Salzkammer...
My other V8 doesn't look like this after 12 years. Does Audi now use cheap materials?? Or isn't that normal? Who knows such problems, and what would you suggest to do?
First of all, I plan to limit damage with all-around new screws and extensive corrosion protection measures.
Still, I'm kind of appalled at what an engine can look like after such a short time...
Was meint Ihr??

greetings

...eben alles korrodiert irgendwann!
