Steering damper? Track rod? Vulnerability

Hello, everybody.
I need your help to find the solution to my problem.
I have the impression that the car pushes over the front axle (i.e. does not want to follow the given steering movement exactly). It gets very extreme in humid weather!
The steering wheel also feels spongy, as if the direct contact to the road is missing.
Feels like in a huge ami-scatter with no end to the steering game!
I have replaced all the struts (crossbar replacement) also the track rod heads incl. Achsversuch!
What else is to be noted is that the steering moves quickly back and forth in the stand without motor a bit clacked.
Question, can it still be on the steering damper? Or a def. The steering? ==References== Track rod?
How a def makes himself. Steering dampers noticeable? Has any of you ever changed a thing like that?

Dieter
