I was at the Tüv today to have the Ehgartner complete system purchased from Vb and my new track plates removed. I had already contacted Ehgarter in advance, because I have no report. As Ehgartner wrote to me, mine is also one of the first plants, which are all without expert advice. But somewhere on the Danube they're wearing them...
So they measured 92db at the Tüv level. And in appearance are origonal 82db. The examiner told me a few db during no problem, but 10 are too much. If I keep him down a corner, I'll get him registered.
Mein erster Schritt wird sein, ehgartern nochmal anzumailen, was er dazu meint.
I have a K&N air filter in the front, but it should not change anything at the exhaust volume. Or is it?
I think it was a joke to measure, because the engine was so loud that you could hardly hear the exhaust.
Do you have any idea how I could get the box registered now? Installing original silencer is not an option!!!
After all, I got my track plates removed, including the axle load reduction of 10kg on the Va, which was necessary for this. Also cost "only" 66€
