Hello forum! On Friday, I was at TÜV with my S8 (and the own construction for mounting the RS6-Brembo-8 piston-fixed saddle brake with the RS4 brake discs, as already described earlier). After almost four hours of disassembly and writing down everything and after some driving tests, and endless searching for various reports for the original Audi parts, reports on allowed press-in depth and load capacities for the used distance discs and incredibly much (by means of meaningful) check of various dependencies and perseverance, the brake conversion is now finally removed.
The whole thing was a single purchase and therefore a little more expensive, something over 210 euros cost that.
But it all works well together. The brake fluid tank lasts 10 compartments, the main brake cylinder fits perfectly and the effort required for assembly is half-way within limits thanks to CNC-milled, self-designed intermediate piece. But it takes a few hours. I've changed brakes before, but until everything fits, you need something between three and seven hours.
It has been quite a lot of work up to here, but now the result is all the more pleasing.
I'm especially glad that I didn't put money in the sand by trying. I've been pretty sure I've been doing this up to now and it's always worked out. But you can quickly fool yourself, so I'm really happy now and enjoy the most brute braking force :-)
Wer infos will kann mich gern fragen.
Vincent

Herzlichen Glückwunsch Vincent und viel Spaß beim negativ Beschleunigen.
Hallo!
Ab wann ist mit einem Kit und Mustergutachten zu rechnen?
Kann ich dann alles was ich benötige über Dich beziehen?
Schon ´ne Preisvorstellung?
Gruß
Eric
