Cooling water loss

Hello fan community
may help me, with my V8 in the hot state under the air filter box on the right side a needle-fine water jet emerges at the pipe connection leading to the spray wall to the left.
My question, does this pipe connection have another seal? (then it may not be a big problem) or do I have a crack in my head? That would be evil.

An opinion on this would be a great help.
