Let's start from the beginning. A few weeks ago I decided to buy a mix of sporty cars, if possible four-wheel drive for the winter and enough power. Autoscout searches .... And behold, upon V8 came. After that, many Googled and stepped onto the forum here.

Read a few weeks ...... in between some (scrap) V8 looked at and last weekend then found one and struck it!
It is a 4.2 L built in 10/91 (at least the label in the car), first registration 02/92
Gearbox : Automat
Rims : Winter tires on 16 inch BBS, summer tires on 17 inch ROD rims (I didn't know before)
AP-lowering, Audi sports steering wheel, Conolly leather black m Memory
Outer colour : Silver (LY7T)
km Status : 141.500
The car was sold through a Free Car Workshop, the guy made me feel like a *serious*. The checkbook checks, yeah... Last year, at 127 254 km, strap, wapu were used, as well as brake hoses and brake pads v. and h And the rear brake discs. The car was driven with a colleague sample, all ok. ....... the next day again to and from the car.
But now:

Full of joy the car on last Sunday filled and Go to German highway. Shock ....... some errors that occurred

1. The warning light went on, the... which indicates hydraulic problems, i.e. the circle with the exclamation mark. Car stopped .... I didn't find anything. All containers full, nothing went out anywhere. Slowly continued driving, just made a full braking... Look, lamp out. So far it came up again, again full on the brake and again the lamp went out ....
2. Back window lifters don't go, it just doesn't happen, but I knew before
3. Cannot turn on cruise control
and now the worst : The automatic transmission
In the cold state it switches completely normal, actually very soft. It's barely temperature, it starts switching up between the three. and 4. ==References====External links==* Official website Go inside to strike. Call Audi today, then the gearbox is broken. Was still amazed how to find such a thing via phone ?!?!
I know that the subject has been dealt with frequently here, I hope not too much annoying, yet. My idea now would be to change the gear oil, a colleague recommended that I fill in the Valvoline MaxLife ATF.
Can someone confirm this to me or should I rather have the original VW/Audi oil filled in?
Could another measure be useful ?
Again, I hope I'm not annoying with my questioning...

Greetings - Dirk
