Hello, dear community,
A colleague of mine has the following problem with his Mitsubishi (according to ATU): pieces have broken out of the rear brake disc. The car is 2.5 years old and 34,000km run. Last inspection half a year ago without any results.
His "friendly" meant that this would not be a guarantee case, but a cover-up.
I find it hard to believe that this is not guaranteed, or that it is not guaranteed. even a production error exists, because the disk is not simply worn out, but is actually destroyed and that after 34,000km.
Has someone with experiences like that? Is that a legal case?

Also 34.000 km ist nicht arg viel- aber zu viel für ne Garantieleistung auf "neue" Bremsen. Bei Automatik-Fahrzeugen sagen manche Fahrzeughersteller sogar- daß es normal ist alle 40tkm die Bremsen zu tauschen. Mercedes T-Modelle z.B. Aber dabei kommt es sehr stark auf den Fahrer an- meine halten immer ewig-
Mein Mädel hat auf ihrem Golf IV noch die ersten Bremsen drauf- der VW-Teileonkel meinte wir spinnen, ist aber echt so. (Bild im Anhnag von der hinteren Bremse) Ach ja- meine Gute hat nun 92 tkm auf ihrem Golf.
Wenn die Handbremse bei dem Wagen deines Kumpels vielleicht falsch eingestellt oder öfters mal angezogen bleibt- könnte das schon sein- Stücke dürften allerdings nicht rausbrechen.
WER BRINGT SEIN AUTO EIGENTLICH ZU ATU??? Das ist was- was ich nie verstehen werde, außerdem kann man den "Meistern" dort nix glauben- vorallem keine FEHLERPROGNOSEN. => Meine Meinung <=

Ich gehe schon seit Jahren zu ATU, bis jetzt kann ich nur gutes berichten, im Gegensatz zu Vertragswerkstätten von Audi und BMW.
Liegt eventuell daran das ich die halbe Belegschaft gut kenne.
