Heating won't get warm and spin - HELP !!

had already described my testem in the talk, but I can be better helped here.
I have the following problem, yesterday I registered my v8 3.6 bj 89 after over a year of standing. but unfortunately I now have the probelm when I turn on heating
cools the only and no longer gets warm - on all levels 28 29 HI only comes cold and besides, the display of the air conditioning automatic with flickering on and I hear when it flickers irnt a relay in the passenger footroom clacking, achja would be the clacking or click it also sounds like above the air conditioning compressor always briefly and turns off on all levels econ car disc etc. .
there is a relay that controls the climate extra and if so, where exactly is that.

I had previously dismantled everything in the passenger footroom but not exactly fixed where the clacking comes from exactly - anywhere above at the safety box. have unfortunately no manual for my v8, can tell me someone exactly where the relay for the climate is - or which number it has.
