Hi,
I have a V8 4.2 - Both cylinder heads are down and now the cylinder head seals should be on it.
On one side, L is on the other. I think R in direction right and L in direction left. Also makes sense when you look at the holes, would also fit well with the guides. But VW says the other way around - who's stupid now? VW or me.
If you have any idea please answer quickly, I want to drive again :-)

im rep-buch steht:Kennzeichnung "oben " musszum zylinderkopf zeigen. teilenr. 077 103 383 ac war bei mir in fahrtrichtung rechts, also beifahrerseite.
