retrofitting of headlight washing system, tempomat

I want to upgrade my v8 and want to retrofit a headlamp wiper system, a tempomat, as well as the intensive windscreen wash system.
question: is this connected to a large wall or are the cables already in the vehicle.
I drive a v8 3.6 year of construction 1989.
