To learn the service history of a car....

Since I wrote something about the current topic in the V8 forum, I will try to learn a lot here too:

my S8 was approved in Koblenz, 1998. (Checkbook, some repair bills). The car had an owner who - in my search for - is a member of the Bundestag of the city of Koblenz. The car was his private vehicle, or his electric company's car.
I called the Koblenz Audi Center, who refused to say anything about the car because of file protection reasons.
This may only be issued with the permission of the previous owner. Understandable.
Have mailed to Dr. XY made, until today no answer. (will certainly not come either, since he is employed).
