I did timing belt changes myself, with the necessary tools and RLF.
But it's not working.
After switching I get the following error code with VAG-COM:
00515 Hallgeber -G40
30-00 Interruption / Short circuit after Plus
According to Strobosop, ignition is about 16 degrees according to OT-mark, just as it should be with SSP "Motronik" at unusual reverberator signal.
I also got the RLF for motronics and I eliminated:
Reverberator gives signal, diode test lamp flashes every two revolutions,
Hallgeber gets between 4.5 and 5.5 V via contact 1 & 3 and between 4.3 and 5.2 V via contact 2 & 3
Timing belt has not jumped, I have a whole day the camshaft and the crankshaft against each other tens of times checked by mounting camshaft arresters and OT mark at arrow and then many crankshaft turn around.
Ignition timer G4 is in order; resisted 1Kohm.
The only thing I didn't know was the condition of the G4 pen, neither bent nor broken, but how can passerby be t and should he even start?
Final solution Audis on every point in the RLF is "Motronic ECU replacement" but can the ECU have happened to have broken during timing belt change and does that really raise my problems?
Does anyone here have experiences of something similar and how is that fixed?

Hallo Joergen.

Nix inspizieren sondern durchmessen....
