We've been having problems with idle speed for a long time, but now it's getting stronger and stronger.
The needle often hangs between 1000 and 1600 revolutions, when it goes down (stop next time), it starts to play crazy. The needle goes up and down between 400 and 1000 revolutions and still about three to four times (if the engine does not run out) it commutes about at the idle speed. But it remains very restless.
Measures taken so far

- read out error memory , no error
- Idle control valve cleaned and measured according to Rep Leitf, setpoint values reached and smoothness available
- OT encoder and speed encoder also measured and swapped (same symptoms)
- Throttle potentiometer measured, whether or not ok
- Lambda probe and test drive,
and improvement occurred. The idle speed was optimal (no more fluctuations), but engine speed went only very slowly down to idle speed after coupling.
- by the way we have also replaced the ignition cables and distribution caps
And now we're finished with our ideas.
Where's the mistake?

We would be extremely grateful for a little help
