Yes, I'm still there.
at the end of the week we have made ourselves in the circle of the wetterauer high-performance failure once again over my tooth belt (appendix) which has actually been renewed almost 4000 km ago, together with rolls, wapu etc. He ran great at first, but then quickly started to clack. so everything was changed again and again the rolls because it was obvious that the camps had been knocked out. the change of the roll and the variation of the tension brought nothing at all. Even at the value of the old Rlf (130-33 mm spacing length) the belt fluttered in a cheerful 4-5mm. after various phone calls the andré mal instead of conti advised me to try out a belt of gates. randomly there was another one in the hall and we then installed it. The damper now stands on approx. 136 mm in the cold condition, does not flutter and clacking does nothing.
now the question is: which first outfitter had audio at that time? (anno 93, abh), what experiences do you have with conti belts or in general this problem, which voltage is recommended, why was this changed?
I'd be really interested, maybe I'll tear this thing apart again in 4k
