fill old climate in the Hamburg area ??

I am currently suffering from an unfunctioning climate... ;-)

Last year before the V8 break, the climate was still cooled... so I think the next logical step would be to have it refilled.

I've been browsing the forum a little bit, but I can't yet gain complete clarity on the following topics.

1. Can I fill in an old climate of 88 without changing any valves of this substitute for the now forbidden R12? Div. Inquiries from workshops revealed statements such as..."we need dryer cartridges and valves ect. exchange, if at all possible, then from 300.-- Euro...."

I had understood this so roughly that one always forgets this substitute (which one is ....134 or 413 ??? You know what I mean, not the new normal, but the special for old plants) can simply fill, and only for the new means must make the conversion.

2. Who knows someone near here (HH) who will help - i.e. someone who can disinfect and fill the plant ?
