Mein automatisches Rollo klappert auf schlechten Wegen und Straßen, und zwar oben an der Abdeckung, welche den Schacht verdeckt, wenn das Rollo eingefahren ist. Die Äußeren Abdeckungskappen kommen an die Scheibe, weil sich wohl das Gummi der beiden Räder zusammendrückt, wenn das Fahrzeug mit härteren Stößen einfedert. Habe gesehen, dass von den vier Muttern zur Befestigung des Rollos an der Ablage, nur die beiden Äußeren eine Unterlegscheibe haben, was bedeuten könnt, dass das Rollo außen …

My automatic roller blinds on bad roads and roads, at the top of the cover, which hides the shaft when the roller blind has entered.
The outer cover caps come to the disc, because probably the rubber of the two wheels compresses when the vehicle springs in with harder bumps.
I saw that of the four nuts for attaching the roller to the shelf, only the two exteriors have a washers, which could mean that the roller goes outwards wide upwards.
Can you adjust something with these washers, and if so, like e.g. Leave it out or something?
Or is there another trick?
