Hello, when I start my big start, it runs round and nice, but as soon as I drive a few meters the valves start to clack.It doesn't stop.It gets quieter sometimes and then louder again.I replenished 15W40 oil last time, can it be because of it?It was only half a litre that was missing.

Hi Michael ! Das Öl ist gut hab ich auch drin! Wenn die Ventiele beim Start Klackern, sind meistens die Öl Rückhalteventiele der Hydrostößel hin! Kann aber auch sein das dein V8 schon viele Km runter hat und die Hydrostößel selbst hin sind ! Schau doch auch mal unter Suchfunktion hier im Forum nach!
Ich würde Dir empfehlen eine Ölspülung zu machen. Das Heist es gibt einen Zusatz (Ölspülung von Liqui Molly oder ähnliches) das man zum normalen Öl mit in den Motor gibt, ihn 10 Minuten laufen lässt und danach einen Ölwechsel mit filter macht. Danach würde ich Dir das 15/w40 Highmileage empfehlen. Das Öl ist gerade bei Motoren mit hoher Kilometerleistung sehr zu empfehlen.
