Gear in the emergency program but otherwise OK??

My signal for the gear shift shows all positions on what it is. Operating instruction is a sign for the emergency program. But the transmission switches off softly and I can't detect any interference. I have already done a reset like in another post about merging the plus and minus pole. Unfortunately, all switch positions still shine. Does anyone have any idea what this can be?
