Control valves heater!?!

Hello.
I have a problem with the control valves from the heater!
And I have the new climate control panel and I can no longer direct the air directly with the arrow key down or up! The defrost button for the windscreen still works perfectly. And when I run on automatic comes out air up but down I feel nothing! Maybe someone can give me a hint about what this is and how to fix it!?
