do I have to adjust the drop valve pot for any case if it has been changed or is it enough if you check it with the meter? can it be that he is not properly tuned to the car despite voting opposition or doesn't it matter?
with my v8 3.6 it was changed by the previous owner in the workshop and since then it only moves up to 5200u/min (kickdown switch is fine). the workshop said the poti had to be re-set but I measured it and after rep. guidelines are all values in the tolerance range.

Hi,
wir hatten hier mal ein verstelltes Poti nach einem Unfall,der Motor hat im Stand mit etwa 2000 Umdrehungen gedreht,nachdem wir ihn (nach Gehör,...klicken!) eingestellt hatten,lief er wieder normal.
Vielleicht stimmt die Einstellung deines Gasgestänges (im/am Saugrohr) ,oder Gaszuges nicht ? Oder ein elektrisches Problem ?
