Sorry my germany language (schlecht) but if I understud You have problems with engine running when it´s cold.

I assume in service they had check that engine doesn´t drink too mych bensin when You start it and it´s cold.

I had similar problems with my ABZ engine and it was timing between camshaft and crancshaft. If timing it´s not OK, engine take ingnition and bensin timing from crancsaft, and that´s not sharp.

I bought those locking tools for camshaft, but still, it was third time till my engine runs smooth. And that wasn´t my first engine. But it was my first V8 from Audi.

So, check Your timing, start Your engine and if it doesn´t run smooth, check it again.

Could be worse, not much, but could be...
