Hello all,
Just for everyones info who lives in North America, just to let you know that K&N does make a filter for the Audi V8's but does not list it anywhere. I did some digging and found that K&N Part# 33-2573 is what is listed in Europe. This comes up as a 1988 BMW 535 on K&N's web site.
I just installed this into my '91 V8 3.6 and their is a marked inprovement in power increase, their is a nice engine sound now plus it is reuseable, bonus.
I picked mine up for $56 Canadian, I have seen them for $35USD on a few web sites.

well... for some reasons I do not trust K&N (I do not have any information about filter characteristics). So, that's why I use only filters from Audi dealer. The cost is about $40 CAD + tax.
