Dear all, This morning gear shifter of my Audi went free. It is not engaging to any gear. It was giving me some trouble but now the gear is in "D" (most likely) and I 'm unable to crank. Possibility of gear cable issue. Kindly guide me for solution.

Hi Tim,
Thanks ... I ve the manual and problem is fixed now. But my old problem has come back. Over heating of engine. I guess viscous clutch is no good anymore. I ll try to find a solution. Do we need to refill with g 001 1v8a coolant/antifreeze? It isn't available here. After fixing cooling system problem I 'm thinking to refill with AcDelco coolant which is readily available. Can you guide me which coolant of AcDelco might be suitable for my car which has 4.2 ABH engine?

Hi Munir,
for Audi G 012 A8G M1 is required. VW Coolant: G 013 A8J M
and TL 774-G and G01 2A8 GM2 and N 052 774 J0 and coolant for some Mercedes A 000 989 28 25 are matching as well
