Hello guys,
I've got little problem and looking for some help with my 3.6 V8 from '90.
When I open full trottle the car blows back in the high RPM's only...a while back somebody installed LPG on the car, I asked if it could be due to the LPG.
The guy told me they had to move to air inlets from place (whatever that means, I'm not so technical as the most of you here) and it could be due to that.
Does anyone had the same problem and could it be due to something else??

Hello,
Blow back, means that the valve timing is incorrect. If the camshaft belt is well timed this can only means that the camshaft it self has too much wear. Another possibility is a not correct ignition timing but this is not adjustable. So you can try to replace the motronic computer. There are no other possibilities. Try to read out the fault diagnosis of the computer by an Audi dealer.
