I'm completely new to this board. Good site. I thought maybe someone out there had had a similar problem as mine. I have recently bought a 1989 3.6L which I haven't even had the pleasure to drive yet. It failed the M.O.T.. One of the things it failed on was the Electric windows. They didn't work when the car was started(!) They work fine when the ignition is turned on, all of them. But when the motor runs, they don't. Quite bizarre at first glance. Any ideas? My mechanic told me he would have to bring in an autoelectrician to fix the problem :-( ($$$$$) Would be nice if I could find an answer in this forum and be the wise one... ;-)
