In this picture, please note the hose behind the mass air flow,
-Is there any particular characteristic I should know about this hose?
I am planning to have it made here (easier) unless there is something very specific that would obligate me buy an original one (harder).
Thanks to all one more time.
Leo

Hi Leo,
this hose is needed for the crankcase ventilation. I gets in contact with hot steam of oil an fuel and it needs to overcome this conditions. In germany this hose is about 30,00 €. But I have repaired the ventilation hoses on my V8 with repair kits for bicycle inner tubes - and it works!

Hey Tim
How are you?
Thx for the tip, I'm fixing it.
But in regards to tha knock sensors (the ones I tried to show in the previous post), I have a technical question:
-Is it possible that the Green and the Brown one are the same
sensors? (thechnically speaking) I've been told that their values are the same and the different colors are for people to know where it goes each one and how to put the connector polarity or something like that? (I hope I'm expressing correctly)
Regards
Leo

Hi Leo,
I´m fine, I hope you are well too!

Now I understand, what you have ment! Yes, they are both Knock sensors, and the only difference seems to be the length of the connection wires (I guess, but I would not bet my life for this). May be, you could make try and change your in car sensors left to right hand?
In Etos the sensors have got different numbers:
Green: 054 905 377 A
Brown: 077 905 377 A

Good luck!

Parts # confirmed. This is the thing:
-technically speaking, green & brown knock sensors are the same, the only differences are the color of the plugs and the lenght of the cable, correct? "Can anybody confirm this?"

Other than that I am starting the work on the whole front & rear suspension and the baby starts feeling better.
I'll keep you posted

Kind regards and buena suerte

Leo

Thanks so much Tim.
All I have to do now is measure the lenght of the cables and check with Bosch Argentina Distributors for I think they have this sensors here.
Thanks again so much for your help, it is very supportive.
I'll keep you posted.
Regards
Leo
