Looking to install/activate Euro parking lamps in my 1991 US model V8Q. I'm wondering whether I need to buy a Euro Schalter or if I can just get Euro headlights and requre the existing Schalter/switch.

I was able to activate the parking lights on my recently departed B7 A4 via VAG-COM, but I understand I'll have to do some real wiring on my V8.

Any advice on parts or wiring needed to install/activate Euro parking lamps is appreciated.
