I bougt a set of distributor caps and rotors at the last service for my 3,6 1990.
The old caps were dated 1989!!!!
This is aftermarket parts and the rotors are attatched to a pin with a hole.
I couldnt figure out how the rotor is attatched to other moving parts.
Do I have to lift the vave covers? Or do I have to pull out the distributor?
Anyone who knows about this operation?

Dismount the distrubutors, don´t worry then will only fit in one direction, (yuo can´t change the timing).
Brake the old glued rotors whit a hammer :-) .
!!! I have not tried this myself so please report if it works or don´t, of course!
(I have heard that old Ford OHC 2.0litre rotors will fit as well.)
